This policy explains what information the Lumora app (“Lumora”, “we”) collects, why, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email .
Information you give us
- Account details — your name and email address, and a password if you sign up with email. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google.
- Skin profile — the skin type, concerns, sensitivities and goals you choose during onboarding.
- Routines and check-ins — the routine steps you create and complete, and your daily mood check-ins.
- Products — the products you add to your shelf and any reviews you write.
- Community content — posts, comments, likes, bookmarks, reports and images you upload. Posts and your public profile can be seen by other Lumora users.
Information from your device
- Location — with your permission, your approximate or precise location is used to fetch local weather for your daily brief.
- Camera — with your permission, used to scan product barcodes and take photos you choose to post. We only receive the images you upload.
- Notifications — if you allow notifications, we store a push token so we can send you reminders.
How we use it
- To run the app: personalise your daily brief and routines, save your shelf, and show community content.
- To send notifications you’ve opted into.
- To keep the community safe, including reviewing reported content.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show ads.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run Lumora (such as hosting, Google Sign-In and push notification delivery), when required by law, or with your consent.
Storage and security
Your sign-in tokens are stored in your device’s secure storage. Data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices
- You can deny or revoke location, camera and notification permissions in your phone’s settings at any time.
- You can edit your profile in the app.
- You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing .
Children
Lumora is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Health information
Lumora provides general skincare information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a dermatologist or doctor.

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
